Before you start

What is Zellerfeld?

Zellerfeld is a platform that 3D prints footwear on demand. Once your design is approved, each pair is printed when a customer orders it, so you don't need a factory, molds, minimum orders or inventory.

Can I use a model from your catalog?

Yes. Many clients choose an existing MURCIELACO design and we adapt it to their brand. Others ask for something completely new. The price and the deliverable are the same: an approved, production‑ready design.

What if I don't have a design or an idea yet?

That's fine. We can start from zero: our creative direction helps you define the concept, references and style, and we build the design from there.

What if I want more than one shoe?

Write to us at contact@murcielaco.com before purchasing. For packages of two or more designs we offer a better price per model.

How long does it take?

Most projects reach Zellerfeld submission in about one month from kickoff. The exact time depends on feedback rounds, and final approval timing depends on Zellerfeld's review.

Is the payment refundable?

No. We take a limited number of projects each month, and your payment reserves one of those slots for you. You can move your slot to a later month once, with at least 7 days' notice. See the Terms of Service for details.

Will I sign a contract?

Yes. After purchase we send you a Project Agreement that records the specifics of your project, such as your chosen design, your brand assets and any particular requests.

Do I need an existing brand?

No. Bring a name and an idea, or just the idea. We help you shape how the brand shows up on the shoe.

Can I pay in installments from outside the US?

Klarna is currently offered at checkout to eligible US buyers. From other countries you can pay by card or digital wallet, and you can check with your bank or wallet whether it lets you split the purchase.
